Google may be testing displaying sponsored labels in different positions within the local map finder view. Some of the ads have sponsored labels on the left side, where it lists the local listings. While others don't show the sponsored label until you hover over the listing.

    I fucking hate how many ads are on Google maps nowadays.

    You go to move the map and, oh sorry, you hovered over holiday inn, let me show you a pop up that you’ll accidentally click.

    Fuck you google. You ruin everything

      Come use osmand its foss based on open maps data. And if u can contribute by adding map data thats even better.

      It doesnt have live traffic or public transport routing unfortunatly tho
