Well, I guess we could make memes about Xi Jinping removing his own term limits, being elected by 98% of congress (somebody was absent), burning down temples, sending troops to quell protests, filling in the sea, splattering harmful rocket fuel and sometimes parts from booster engines across populated areas, attacking Philippine fishing boats, or the concentration camps.
