Why does 2/3 of the protein vanish when you cook it?

You might be underestimating the amount of protein you’re getting. Urad dal has 25g of protein per 100g serving. Chickpeas are similar (19/20g per 100g serving). Red lentils are like, 10g per 100g serving. I “need” about 70g of protein; some days I’ll get that other days not so much but the average is probably about right.

I don’t track macros though.

I eat vegetarian and it’s never been an issue, though to be fair in western diets we’re generally over-proteined.

Properly fired it’s pretty tough to get any meaningful amount of lead out of a glaze on ceramics.

I’d bet they did it because of pressure from customers.

Bunsenlabs is the successor to crunchbang.

Crunchbang was amazing, but it’s sadly no more. Development stopped on it some time in 2015 I think.

Bunsenlabs is a direct successor to it, and should be good on OP’s system.

I’ve worked for Fraser Group (in a very different capacity) and you absolutely have dodged a bullet; they’re an absolute shit show and are responsible for a large amount of the enshittification of the UK’s high street.

The owners are shitbags and the rest of the hierarchy takes notes and shit downstream.

The ideal scenario is that we get good old Gay Space Communism™ but until then it’s probably going to be mutual aid and community organisation that keep the rest of us semi-functioning.

I feel this way about most love recordings of podcasts (or anything for that matter, with the exception of standup comedy) - if I wanted live episodes I’d go see them live.

My phone service provider used to do daily roulette type giveaways.

I won a free return flight to basically anywhere in Europe.
