And I think I was there with meditation. Also, never had acid more than 300ug so unsure if more will give you such a thing.
But nothingness is still an experience. But true nothingness is only for dead people, which we cannot even dream of.
ReakDuck@lemmy.mlto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Ive wrestled with spirituality for a while now, and and don't know what to do?2·5 days agoI recommend you something like Buddhism or similar things. Its about finding your inner peace in stressful times, regardless of who you are. I feel like buddhism is the non-judging religion that has no god but still some good explanations about the world
ReakDuck@lemmy.mlto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Ive wrestled with spirituality for a while now, and and don't know what to do?5·5 days agoDeath is a paradox. Whoever lives, can never see whats behind the door, and those who are dead, can never experience it, because to experience, you need to live.
You can paint the door colorful, create stories and paintings. But painting the door, will never describe or explain how it looks behind the door. Its just a painting of hopes. Hoping what it might be, but very likey isnt.
We can never shut off, we can never imagine the nonexistence. Its impossible for the consciouss mind to not experience anything. But we want to know. It makes us afraid to not know, which is the reason why we try to explain it and go on.
So, I would say. Find the picture that creates an inner peace within you. Or rather, create one, that fits with your viewings of the world and experience.

But unsure if its true. Somethinf in that direction of fedora abd locking down was a thing. It rose a question on GPL if its really working or allowed, as they abused loopholes

Protesting doesnt help. Not even against laws. Protesting is just a hope that some rich or ruling entity has empathy. But many many companies in European and US countries support this entirely. Just because of profits and cooperation. Microsoft is one of the big dealers where I whised earlier a death.
Its also hard to argue with people that support it, because they use lots of manipulating sentences, that make the viewpoint look goodish but its content is entirely unrelated.

ReakDuck@lemmy.mlto Privacy@lemmy.ml•That groan you hear is users’ reaction to Recall going back into Windows0·12 days agoThats very wrong. Its hard to get just gamescope as Login together with steam and think everything works.
I am unsure what was missing but many people get low fps when doing it by themselves while the steam deck works fine.

A bad guess is that either pipewire-pulse and pipewire-alsa was missing or I changed wireplumber to the other thing. I am very unsure, but it was a huge mess to play around and constantly switch between pipewire and pulseaudio to test things.
Well, tbh. If its my last time being president, I would also burn everything to show how the country sucks an is irrepairable.

ReakDuck@lemmy.mlto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What happened to make you finally accept that it's not worth it to be an altruistic person?1·19 days agoI somehow need to learn to be altruistic.
Too much empathy seemed pretty harmful.
The much more dumber and egoistic a person is, the better the life is. Because being intelligent and empathic will mostly cause depression and suffering.
Thats a good answer. Yeah.
America for example. Is not a capitalism country someone said. But instead on a fucked up system that allows Richer people to become richer with votings theough banks and tons of other things. While poor people become poorer.
And every countey has capitalism. Thats the idea of owning something. Either its the country itself or some individual.
And Communism somehow stays as an idea sadly.
