Seriously though, try mature cheddar with thin slices of white onion and some black pepper on soft white, buttered bread. Simple but very effective taste of my youth

It’s a bell curve. Eventually you switch back to ez mode for your main machine and have alternative or niche distros on spare kit
There are some good enough automatics out now at very reasonable prices.
Of course there are also crazy expensive ones also, but they all do essentially the same thing - convert your movements into time measurements 😀
