I get where you’re coming from, but just like with the single day, people have to start somewhere.
These events can help people break habits and find alternatives without something as big as “never again”.
Take the guaranteed income (at long as you’re alive), and go for a run with all your free time.
Unfortunately, having a job is horrible for your privacy. You’re required to provide full personal details to be hired to an employer with dubious security who forces you to sign up for accounts with likely either Microsoft or Google. Depending on your position you either need to use your personal phone for work (and your work accounts are easily tied to your phone), or carry a work phone with you, which you have even less control over than normal.
That isn’t really helpful.
I think to your original question, it’s more about sanitizing what is published. On LinkedIn and Indeed. Whenever possible apply directly through the website. But everywhere is going to require similar levels of personal information. As far as being worried about spam; using another email account is probably easiest. You don’t want to risk missing an important email while you are looking.
You’ve already got some good advice but in no particular order:
You are much more articulate than a lot of people. You can read and write better than a lot of people.
You’ve been at least emotionally and physically abused
You know how to work hard.
ADHD is somewhat treatable with medication, at least improvable.
What that translates to:
no it isn’t too late, especially if you keep working hard.
the things you blame yourself for likely isn’t your fault. Therapy, when you can afford it, should be a priority.
working hard is so important for employment. Most jobs don’t require high intelligence. Working hard with a good attitude and working with people is so much more important for most careers.
learning disabilities suck. ADHD is hard. You can still learn coping mechanisms and find ways or a career that fits better with it.
Life is hard. It’s harder for you than most. It can still be worth living, but it will be up to you to find a way. I think you can.
Neither one has a goatee though
Thank you, they’ve been ruining search results since the day SEO was coined.
