Factually wrong. We would have had Al Gore instead of Bush, if people voted for lesser evils. We wouldn’t have had Nixon or Regan if people voted for lesser evils. Don’t comment on our politics when you know nothing of them.

0·15 days agoMaybe, but I won’t believe anything Meta says about their actions being legal until an EU court comments on it. I just know Meta has been in hot water with EU a few times for collecting data they shouldn’t.
Except the EU has already told them fuck off, or they will shut down their EU operations. Did they resolve that?

22·2 months agoNone of those actually mention the vote in Ukrainian parliament, that is where the “unanimously” comes from 😇 I’ve looked through several sources and AJ English had it summarized the best 🤷♂️
Fair enough! While the vote isn’t mentioned in mine, they do talk about the opposition making public statements that they would refuse to run an election in wartime, which was enough in my mind for showing intent. I do appreciate the extra source.

I saw news on this yesterday- pretty sure all of Zelenskyy’s political opponents unanimously made public statements saying they would not have an election before the end of the war.
Unfortunately, he didn’t win- because the Electoral College is a sham. We got Bush Jr. who threw us into 20+ years of war, and a bunch of idiots that can’t pronounce the world “Nuclear” without adding an extra “U” somewhere in there.
