Exactly this
Depends. Are you Japanese?
I saw many cases of this with windows PowerShell and those Window debloating scripts
The desperation… It reeks
The article mentions social media as a contributing factor.
I still think Australia did the right thing by imposing legal age access restrictions to social media. It’s poison on the weak mind
…and kids, that’s how Putin won the war against the concept of privacy, and Trump got indirect benefit out of it
Right. There aren’t assets there to take and sell. Offices are rented. Equipment depreciates really fast as technology moves on. IP rights are not worth that much since there are many alternatives and some technologies they developed are unique to their own tech stack, and the trademarks are radioactive garbage.
Banks will be lucky to sell for as much as 10 cents on the dollar, especially as all loans might be unsecured.
Banks should package in a shitcoin, that would pay itself out, since those investors are used to losses now 😜
But that was the idea
Precisely this. This is, in my view, the biggest lie American MBA schools forced down to the society: the notion that, if you can’t quantify the value of support and engineering then it does not matter. That is just a side effect of how limited accounting is as a tool to measure value and of how unimaginative accountants are, as a class of professionals.
Then MBA schools don’t directly say it but do condone the notion that one can always squeeze more profit from less cost, which works in the beginning but at the end throws the company into a potentially unrecoverable corner (Boeing), damaging people’s lives, suppliers’ businesses, and the community at large.
I switched to eM Client… Happy to pay for an alternative email client platform
The ideal situation would be for good guys from both sides to take up on arms and overthrow their own governments to make this cycle stop, but then something will happen that they will come to hate each other again and the cycle will continue.
He would only escape if he was a presidential candidate or a multi billionaire.
Since he is neither and he works on US soil, then the law came after him. You would cave in, if in similar circumstances.
Korean SAT are highly standardized in multiple choice form and there is an immense library of past exams that both test takers and examiners use. I would be more impressed if the LLMs could show also step by step problem work out…
Boeing: outsources to an outsourcer who outsources to an outsourcer who outsources to an outsourcer who outsources to an outsourcer and so on and still has the shamelessness of appearing surprised at the shit quality and reliability they deliver
Good time to expel Iran as well
